Led by Chef Olivia Hurst and Proprietor Sean Yeremyan (the same hospitality pro behind Atlanta staple HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern), Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar opened at Halcyon in 2021. In the years since, it has become a Forsyth County favorite for small plates, charcuterie and premium steak cuts, such as the 16-ounce Dry-Aged Ribeye, aged for 35 days and served with Bordelaise Sauce.
