HIES Students “Sit-In”

More than 100 students at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School participated in an online book discussion with the High Museum of Art and famed author/playwright Pearl Cleage about her book “Sit-In,” which depicts the 1960 lunch counter sit-in at Woolworths in Greensboro, North Carolina during the start of the Civil Rights movement.
