The Children’s Haven is diligent in supporting children impacted by abuse through a variety of programs, such as their court-appointed community advocates (CASA), family visitation center and mentorship program. Volunteers are needed to support all of these programs and help fundraise to keep them going.
“Being a CASA has given me the ability to change precious children’s lives for the better. Kids in the foster system have come from very difficult situations and it is such a privilege to be a voice in helping them find permanency in a healthy environment. I believe every child deserves to be raised in a healthy, happy home—to be loved and cared for—and I get to be a part of making that happen.” —CASA Volunteer
