Crooked Culture Brewing serves up their GABF (Great American Beer Festivals) silver medal brew, Today Was A G’Day hazy IPA, all summer long. It pairs perfectly with the Hot Honey Pizza from their on-site food truck, Dominic’s Wood-Fired (and music bingo if you’re there on the right night). They offer over a dozen house brews, sours and seltzers on tap every day (and they’re as much fun to say as they are delicious to drink).
“Today Was A G’Day was here from day one, but as a hazy IPA, we thought a bit more umph would take it to the next level. This beer has always been a showcase of Nelson Sauvin hops, which have aromas and flavors of sweet New Zealand white wine and citrus. Some people say it tastes like gooseberry… what is gooseberry, anyway?” — Patrick Leonard, owner/founder/brewer at Crooked Culture Brewing
